


Deputy managerAs a Deputy Manager at H&T you are responsible for assisting the Manager in overseeing the day to day operations of the Store, ensuring that the store targets are achieved, these include financial targets as well as the maintenance of high levels of customer satisfaction.
If you are recruited direct into a Deputy Manager position you will complete the Induction Programme detailed above, as well as the Advance Jewellery Course which you will attend within your first 3 months of employment with the Company.
The Company also provides training from external providers on an adhoc basis as the demands of the business require.
When we recruit an individual direct into a Deputy Manager position, rather than being promoted from a Customer Service Advisor position, the successful candidate must have previous supervisory experience, ideally in a small team environment. Previous retail experience is preferred along with exemplary customer service skills and good numeracy and accuracy. We provide the successful candidate with an attractive remuneration package which includes a competitive basic salary, location allowance where applicable, quarterly bonus, life assurance, contributory pension after 1 year service, annual holidays and company sick pay.
